I think that there is also a deeper form of social change that is built on thinking and talking about the causes of inequality. Inequality is about things not being equal - for example, some people being very poor and others being very rich.
Questions like this are a starting point:
- Why are some people, communities, countries poorer than others?
- How can inequality be reduced?
- Who has the power to change the causes of inequality?
- What can we do about the causes of inequality?
- What does history teach us?

i think that we can change the world with charity to because th me to we club started a fundraiser to collect pennies to build a school in Sri Lanka so kids there can get education
it is not fair for others when we have shelter,food and education.in other countries parents are allow to hit other children.mabye there are wars going on and people dying and running for there lives.
I think some people, countries, and communities are poorer than others because of the type of government. For example, in Canada, we have a democratic government which means that we can vote to choose the leaders and laws where in countries like Cuba, they have a dictator who chooses all the laws and sometimes dont care about the poor. It might also be that the country is closer to the delta of the river which causes many floods and cyclones such as Bangladesh.
I think some countries are poorer than others because they don't make enough money when they trade with other countries or they don't have enough essencial needs for example:not enough farms to grow food and not enough clean water. I think this can be reduced by the rich countries give the stuff thy have too much of and give it to the countries that need it most.I think people have the power to change inequality because they have made it and so they can stop it by working together.
I think that some people,communities and countries are poor than others because maybe most of the countries had war and they lost valuble things like food,money,shelter and education.
I think inequality can be reduced by raising money,bulding schools and not pollute the air.We can also help by donating food to children or adults below the poverty line.

some countries dont have equal rights like they didnt have equal rights before in africa, when black people werent allowed to vote.some countries dont vote,ever.they have a dictator, which is a leader who just becomes a leader by himself.he doesnt have to get votes,while in canada, we have a democracy,which means we get to vote for the prime minister

we can run a penny drive like we are doing now in uor school (crescenttown). we can also have a food drive like we already did and we can have a mitten tree where we bring in new mittens,scarfs, and hats.i hope we coninue having a mitten tree (to go towards keeping children warm in winter) ,penny drive (to go towards building a school in sri lanka), and a food drive(to go towards families who dont have enough food to eat).
